You Deserve Better

Have you been given a diagnosis of depression, bipolar or anxiety? If so, you were probably told you would have to manage it with medication the rest of your life. It was probably explained to you that the cause was faulty wiring in your brain, a chemical imbalance. Maybe you’ve even tried talk therapy and that hasn’t gotten you anywhere. As a Nutritional Therapist I’ve learned that there may be another reason for your mood issues, it may actually be a nutritional imbalance in your body. That’s good news! That means there is another way, a better way.
